Full course description
In this course, participants will develop foundational coaching knowledge, skills, and strategies in coaching cycles, asking questions and providing feedback, engaging in courageous conversations, building a culture and system for coaching, and ultimately improving teaching and learning. In this hybrid course, participants will meet four times in person over the course of approximately 12 weeks, access online resources, and apply and develop skills in the field between course sessions through a “learning by doing” course design. Participants will earn their credential or badge by demonstrating coaching practice within the sessions and through a videotaped coaching conversation.

September 17, September 24, October 29, December 3 in person.
Field application assignments between sessions, with online community and resources.
